In-home support is available if your loved one is in need of home care services. An eligible parent, guardian, family member, or family friend can work as a paid Caregiver. If you do not know someone, we can find that someone to care for your loved one! The client and Caregiver must both be 18 years of age or older. We will cover the cost of any clearances and Tuberculosis testing that is required by the state. We currently cover the following counties: Lehigh, Adams, Northampton counties We accept the following waivers: Community Health Choices, ACT 150, and the VA Aid & Attendance If the client is not on an accepted waiver, we can assist you in starting the process! Here is how we support you: Full benefits package: Receive Health, Dental & Life Insurance (after 60 days and if meet weekly hours worked requirement). * Weekly Pay: You will receive a paycheck every week. Flexible Hours: You get to choose the hours you want to work. PTO up to 35 hours that can be used 11 paid holidays at time and a half Bonus Opportunities: We offer employee referral bonuses year-round and sign on bonuses (when applicable) Job Training: Paid training available when needed for specific client care.
