We are seeking Full Stack Developer (GCP, Node.js & React) who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages.
Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver their solutions, and are monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaboration

Reporting to the ITS Systems Lead in GMS, the Developer will develop, document, and deploy a web solution (.net, c#) for the Biological sites at Zoetis, that is a replacement for the already existing Windows Client application (WinForms developed in an earlier version of .net). The individual in this role will follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC), work collaboratively with compliance, the ITS systems Lead and the Business Representatives. The ideal candidate will have proven technical ability in both WinForms and Web Applications along with excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
All candidates must have experience working in .NET-based back-end applications and SQL Server databases. They must be able to analyze code that is already written to determine the requirements for the re-write of the system. Experience doing a conversion similar to this is highly desirable.
Note: This project is expected to last 6 months but will be completed in 2 phases. The first phase will be to analyze the effort to complete the conversion. The second phase will be to execute the conversion and determine if more then 6 months is needed.
During the initial phase it is expected that the candidate works on site. It is possible that for the second phase they can work offsite as long as they are available to be onsite as needed.

Provides career counseling services to students in accordance with Center plan.

Collaborate with students in setting, affirming, and/or revising short and long term training and realistic career goals and the process to obtain these goals. Students must be provided with special projects and/or activities to assist them in meeting Career Success Standards which have been determined to need improvement.
Provides assistance in the development of the students' Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP). Update PCDP whenever a student's plan changes and in conjunction with each ESP. Updated PCDPs should be distributed to the students each time the plan has changed. Also provides all separation paperwork for each student.
Ensures that students develop Career Success Standards (CSS) by providing individual and group lessons or project assignments during and after the training day and on weekends to help student's master competencies in all standards with clearly established performance levels for these activities.

The Business Commercial Counsel is responsible for providing legal and/or business support to the Automotive business division Customer Account Management (“CAM”) Groups and its Strategic Business Units (“SBU”) and will interface with the related business functions including but not limited to sales, engineering, product, customer service, finance, procurement, and/or supply chain function. This position will report directly to and work closely and strategically with the Director, Corporate Counsel for the Automotive Division, North America and/or legal leadership to support with senior operational, functional and/or division clients on significant matters impacting the global enterprise. The successful candidate must be able to handle complex negotiations and establish/maintain systems or structures to deliver necessary legal support and successfully and timely complete critical assignments with little to no supervision. The Business Commercial Counsel must also have a broad understanding of Harman's business objectives, products, and the impact of external factors on the division and its CAMs and SBUs.
Your Team
This position will routinely interface with operational or functional teams of the division managing legal risk, making legal decisions and escalations based upon Legal department guidelines, the company's exposure, and GAR.
What You Will Do
Managing Legal and Business Risk Across the functions for the division and its CAMs and SBUs:
Sales: strategic business partner reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and amendments, including terms and conditions, master services, delivery, cooperation, licensing, professional services, and vendor agreements. Advise business team members on HARMAN's automotive RFQ process, including updating and maintaining RFQ offer templates used by the Automotive Division. Support resolution of commercial disputes with customers and suppliers, including management of automotive-related litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings and guidance of external counsel
Prepare and conduct trainings for managers and employees on relevant legal topics.
Compliance: Identifying legal and regulatory issues in product initiatives and customer agreements, including awareness of privacy and data security issues, and working cross-functionally with the appropriate teams to create solutions and minimize risk. Interface with the various compliance teams on regulatory issues and workstreams that arise from the CAM & SBU. This includes working with global trade compliance on global automotive trade issues. Partner with the product certification teams working on regional regulatory requirements for product certifications.
Engaging strategically in risk assessment/mitigation and developing innovative approaches to legal issues in support of business objectives.
Engage with legal procurement, and supply chain management to address global supply chain issues.
Promptly and effectively addresses unforeseen legal risks if they arise and communicates to legal leadership within the legal department and/or to the CAM & SBU leaders within the division or function in a timely manner; process complex, uncertain, or incomplete information quickly to identify potential implications for the business.
Advise the Automotive warranty and quality teams on recall campaigns, customer disputes, claims, and settlements.
Works with business divisions, SBU, or functional teams and helps them understand, assess, and appropriately address business risks and implications and helps to influence business decisions.
Directs and/or collaborates with other legal and compliance staff and organizational partners to develop, update, and maintain templates, negotiation resources and playbooks.
What You Need to Be Successful
Contract Review & Negotiation: Experience with reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including commercial and technology matters involving automotive OEMs, OEM general terms and conditions, purchase and supply agreements, and licensing agreements.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry certifications and regulations, including safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262, NHTSA FMVSS 111) data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR and CCPA), cybersecurity (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the relevant industry and country laws. Automotive electronics industry, especially in-cabin user-experience technologies, infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity.
Dispute Resolution and Litigation: Experience with negotiation and mediation to resolve contract and other commercial disputes, managing litigation and overseeing outside counsel; Ability to advise leadership on matter resolution decisions, GAR and other approval escalations.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing contracts from negotiation to execution and enforcement, ensuring compliance and addressing performance issues; familiarity with contract management systems and legal technology tools for streamlining contract workflows and compliance processes; ability to manage agreement templates and updates; ability to conduct contracts training for stakeholders.
The candidate should have Juris Doctor and Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction).
Strong analytic and communication skills, task-focused, risk and compliance awareness, works on own initiative to get things done, is able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders, well-developed project management skills. Exercises good judgement and sound decision making.
8+ years of relevant (generally in-house or law firm) experience and a law degree from law school.

The Counsel and Investigator based in Dearborn, Michigan will handle investigations, including investigations into potential violations of law, on behalf of the Company. This role is part of the global Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Office within the Office of General Counsel. The Counsel and Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigations into alleged violations of law by Company employees and by the Company itself. The Counsel and Investigator will also investigate incidents involving alleged violations of Company policies and unethical behavior. We require individuals with the highest integrity who can work independently to conduct investigations and mitigate risk to the Company. We investigate issues throughout the Company, which provides this position insight into all aspects of the business. We work closely with our trusted colleagues from the broader Office of General Counsel (OGC), People Matters (PM), Human Resources (HR), Global Security, General Auditor's Office (GAO), and Internal Control (IC) to resolve reported and identified concerns.

Minimum 2+ years at a law firm, corporation, or government agency handling investigations.
Experience navigating confidential and sensitive subject matter
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Investigative Expertise: Extensive experience investigating fraud, misconduct, bribery, and forensic accounting while evaluating compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Analysis & Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles and analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, and solutions that drive results.
Global Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships with global teams and stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers and the broader business community.
Legal Analysis: Excellent issue-spotter with the ability to analyze, interpret, and succinctly summarize large volumes of data with precision and thoroughness.
Communication: Strong writer and verbal communicator capable of navigating difficult or confrontational conversations with patience and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Work Ethic & Integrity: Resilient self-starter who maintains high ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion in all investigative tasks.
Fluent in Spanish is an advantage.

What you'll do...
Assess allegations, properly scope and conduct investigations.
Identify and assess legal issues arising out of complaints lodged through the Company's SpeakUp channels.
Provide legal analysis and legal advice to the Company on how to address any confirmed violations of the law.
When necessary, work with outside counsel in addressing/assessing legal issues arising out of investigations.
Align scoping and investigation procedures with SI Management to ensure proper scope and timely completion of investigations.
Conduct professional and tailored investigations including systems review, investigative interviews and communication with complainants.
Perform email reviews and other data analysis of collected information.
Provide timely and well synthesized investigation reporting and updates to management.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing workloads.
Routinely engage with leadership and cross functional teams. Effectively deliver difficult or unpopular messages with a diplomatic, solution-oriented approach.
Support remediation both internally and externally, as needed.
Provide accurate and timely updates in the case reporting system.
