The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Site Manager and work closely with the Safety Manager to oversee daily operations, workforce coordination, and compliance with all safety and project standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in managing construction or industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Site Operations & Workforce Coordination: Supervise daily project activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for field workers and subcontractors. Monitor and coordinate site logistics, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction, aviation, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, job site safety, and compliance procedures.
