As a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:
Ability to lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
Provides direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to all escalations.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed.
Follows Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart
Familiar with supporting callouts by directly working or splitting up shifts amongst the team and shift lead by successfully covering operations daily schedules.
Delivers feedback on ongoing activities committing to timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS Management Team
Requirements:
1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
Must successfully pass KBS background check/ Drug test.
KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Foreman installing storm, sewer and water pipe. Lays out, assembles, installs, main water pipeline, main sewer pipe line, storm drain systems, flanged piping and valve installations, applying knowledge of system operation, and following blueprints: Selects type and size of pipe, and related materials and equipment, such as thrust blocks, restrained joints tie ins, service lateral and fire hydrants according to specifications. Inspects work site to determine presence of obstructions.
This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing planning, supervision and documentation for excavation activities and pipeline installations. Responsibilities will also include training personnel in excavation and pipe laying, equipment operation, and other tasks involved in excavation and pipe laying operations. Persons interested in applying for the foreman position must have experience running crews of 4-8 people and have experience in concrete removal and replacement.
Job Description
Interpret and implement construction plans.
Oversee the construction of headwalls, box culverts and other storm sewer structures, as well as footings.
Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices.
Ability to communicate and schedule their work with other employees of the company.
Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers on a daily basis or as needed.
Must be willing to work the hours needed to complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
Manage paving crew to ensure that K2 Construction's high-quality standards are consistently met.

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Vacuum Foreman to oversee field crews and ensure the cleanliness, safety, maintenance, productivity, and overall effectiveness of the Vac Truck.

Key Responsibilities
This is a 100% travel job; travel is provided in company vehicles.
Ensure the HydroVac unit is operational, free of safety concerns or defects, and report any issues immediately.
Document all travel, onsite activities, and miscellaneous time using DOT forms and apps.
Conduct a thorough truck evaluation at the start of each shift and record findings on DOT forms and apps.
Perform sewer cleaning and debris removal tasks.
Carry out hydroexcavation and excavation work.
Assist mainline and camera trucks with equipment or scope of work as requested.
Use GIS to document production and site conditions.
Perform periodic maintenance on equipment, including greasing, lubricating, valve adjustments, and winterizing.
Ensure all storage areas and truck compartments are clean and organized.
Neatly coil or stow all related hoses and attachments between uses.
Perform other related duties as required.
What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or crew lead role required.
2+ years' HydroVac operations preferred.
Experience with hydroblasting and vacuum operations required.
Must possess a Class A CDL.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if required.
Ability to operate all necessary heavy equipment.
Proven ability to achieve results while managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality.
Knowledge of confined space entry is an asset.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
High school diploma or GED.
Possession of a TWIC card is a plus but not a requirement.
Must understand verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to read and write.
Must have basic math skills.
Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
May stoop, kneel, or bend, on occasion.
Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
