Skills, Knowledge, Additional Qualifications: 35+ years of concrete construction experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar placement, slab prep, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to work productively while directing a crew. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform concrete work and work outdoors in all weather. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Experience operating equipment (lull, skid steer, etc.) preferred. CDL Class B or A license is a plus.
