What you need to bring to the table: Five or more years of commercial HVAC service experience. 3 years leading or supervising field crews. Proficiency with RTUs, split systems, VRF, ventilation, and hydronic equipment. Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with national, state, and local mechanical codes. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred). Ability to work in ceilings, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces. Trade/vocational HVAC training preferred.
