ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes work to get the most productivity out of the crew by instructing employees where to go, what to do, and what equipment and/or materials will be needed.
Participates in pre-project and pre-task planning activities (reviews plans, subgrade, drainage, fine grading, compaction, paving, etc.) and then relays planning details to field crew.
Checks plants and orders correct amount of materials daily for asphalt patching. Coordinates with Operations Assistant to order correct amount of materials needed for concrete patching.
Supervises, oversees and trains crew to ensure work is performed properly and to AA's highest quality standards. Checks all work for quality periodically throughout the project and at the end of the job.
Performs all aspects of the job, including general laboring and operating equipment; makes it a priority to train others in all aspects of the job.
Solves problems as they arise and contacts Superintendent for assistance if unable to resolve the problem.
Completes all related electronic paperwork via Field Services/Dynamics and Workforce Go (HCMtoGo), correctly and on time.
Ensures compliance and personally follows all safety rules and regulations (including flagging, truck and equipment operations, etc.) and practices preventative safety measures; wears required PPE.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Class A CDL preferred with a good driving record.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines with one year of experience working on an asphalt and/or concrete crew.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude in math.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work weekends and occasional nights.
Ability to travel to various worksites.
Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Instrumentation and Electrical Forman is responsible for planning, supervising, performing and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities. Also responsible for planning the daily activities for crew of workers.

Production:
Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints
Assist in lay out of work for crew
Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule
Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers
Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials
Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as:
Daily Reports, Safety Reports, ESRs, Inspection Reports, etc.
Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified and ensure that all equipment is maintained, and repairs are done in a timely manner
Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of individual projects
May perform related trade work as required
Required to travel to different jobsites on a limited notice
Implement better methods of production in all aspects of job to strengthen best practices within Wanzek Construction, Inc.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
NCCER Certification/License (preferred)

DESCRIPTION
The Site Supervisor carries a service coordination caseload, serves as the designated referral contact, and is a member of the eligibility team that completes intakes, reviews applications, and makes eligibility determinations for DD services funded through the Office of Developmental Disabilities. Additionally, the Site Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of staff supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across assigned counties. This role ensures program compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), CCS policies, and contract requirements.
SUPERVISION
Supervision Received
Reports directly to the DD Program Manager. When the Program Manager is unavailable this position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Supervision Exercised
Provides oversight, support, and performance evaluation for those staff assigned in the developmental disabilities program. This includes Services Coordinators and Office Support Specialists as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with all state and agency standards related to DD services, including monitoring of providers and contractors.
Evaluate staff performance, document supervisory activities, and support professional growth.
Identify training needs and ensure access to development opportunities.
Provide consistent documentation, support, and follow-up related to service operations.
Maintain confidentiality of client and personnel information.
Review and verify time reporting and ensure adherence to personnel policies.
Serve as the primary referral point for individuals seeking DD services in assigned locations.
Collect and review necessary documentation to determine eligibility in accordance with Oregon regulations.
Coordinate and communicate eligibility decisions in a timely and professional manner.
Support the referral and intake process by facilitating access to appropriate services and supports.
Maintain accurate records and monitor timelines related to eligibility and referral activities.
Monitor the quality and timeliness of services provided to individuals in the program.
Support staff in coordinating and linking individuals to needed services (medical, psychiatric, financial, social, etc.).
Participate in and promote effective case planning and inter-agency collaboration.
Respond to and support the resolution of grievances and concerns through appropriate channels.
Ensure the implementation and oversight of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and service goals.
Provide coverage or assistance during staff absences or high-volume periods.
Provide temporary coverage and oversight for other Site Supervisors or their assigned areas when needed or assigned by the Program Manager.
Attend and contribute to internal administrative meetings, as well as local, regional, and state meetings when assigned.
Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
Promote a positive public image of CCS and the DD program through community engagement and advocacy.
Support individuals found eligible through Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities with case management utilizing guidelines as provided by the OARs.
Services are provided in a variety of community settings with consideration to individual's preference (including home visits, community settings, etc.).
Provide Choice Counseling of all available services, provider, and setting options.
Complete annual plan summaries for all individuals not enrolled in K plan funded services (Case Management Only).
Facilitate development of person-centered Individual Support Plan for all individuals receiving K plan services including authorizing funded services as outlined in OARs,
including completing enrollment, termination, and transfer on required forms.
Keep updated on all Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings and established objectives.
Facilitate and participate in an annual functional needs assessment process per current Office of Developmental Disability Services (ODDS) procedures including assessing risk status.
Monitor services and support for individuals as outlined in OAR's and documents according per ODDS guidelines. Ensure contractors and providers adhere to relevant OARs.
Report Serious Events per published guidelines. Report abuse and implement protective services when requested.
Responsible for maintenance, submission, and timeliness of all records, progress notes, reports, and all other required documentation.
Meet all billable services contact requirements during the month.
Assist customers in acquiring services and resources needed to achieve goals and maintain independence in the community.
Attend local, regional, and state meetings as requested by the Supervisor including participation in all team and/or agency scheduled meetings.
Act independently within the community and promote a positive image of the agency.
Participate in joint case planning and coordination with other CCS employees, agencies, schools, etc.
Remain updated on all Policy and Procedures including OAR's pertaining to Developmental Disabilities Services.
Be a resource for on-call staff for consultation or involvement in reference supporting individuals.
Implement all necessary information into CCS databases on Individuals receiving services in the DD program.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The Site Supervisor is a designated leadership position requiring comprehensive knowledge of Oregon's public service system for developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess either five years of experience in staff supervision or five years of technical or professional-level work related to developmental disabilities services. A bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework in a field related to management (such as business or public administration) or developmental disabilities services may substitute for up to three years of the required experience.
CERTIFICATIONS
None required, though certification through ODDS as an Eligibility Specialist and/or Services Coordinator is preferred.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
Must pass pre-employment and ongoing criminal history checks as required by ORS and OAR guidelines.
In addition to a pre-employment background check, each employee, volunteer and contractor shall be checked on a monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists. If it is discovered that an employee, volunteer or contractor is excluded or sanctioned it will be grounds for immediate termination of employment, volunteering, or the termination of the contract.
PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE
Must hold a valid driver's license as well as personal auto insurance for privately owned vehicles utilized for CCS business such as client service purposes, travel between business offices and the community, to attend required meetings and trainings.
This position must show proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and $100,000 or more in property damage and maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS.
The employee's insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary. CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
DRUG SCREENING

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require fine manipulation, grasping, typing, and reaching.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in roofing is required
Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
Authorized to work in the United States
