Job Description BARISTA (Service Specialist) REPORTS TO: UNIT MANAGER Starting Rate: $13.00 per hour plus tips General Description: Responsible to provide food, beverages and service to Guests at a level of quality that ensures their satisfaction and their desire to return. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Controls shrink. 3. Monitor and ensure the quality of all beverages and foods served in the unit. 4. Possess a high degree of knowledge in explaining the origins, production and brewing of Joffrey's coffee products. 5.
