Job Summary: As Maintenance Supervisor, direct and control all functions within the Maintenance Department. The Supervisor will coordinate all maintenance activities with all mechanics - modifying plans as necessary. Ensure that all quality assurance and good manufacturing practice guidelines are followed and ensure that all, quality and safety standards, and product output comply with FDA, USDA and company policies. Responsibilities Develop and supervise Maintenance Department personnel. Orient and direct all new employees in company policies and procedures as well as sanitation protocol. Consult with Maintenance Manager to review Maintenance schedule and performance sheets; adjust plans accordingly and ensure for staffing levels to meet Maintenance schedules. Assigns daily work loads. Documents daily Maintenance records Process all injury reports and correct any unsafe conditions in the work place as soon as possible. Review and approve time sheets. Timely advice and address personnel issues with Maintenance Manager and Human Resources as needed. Maintains a clean, well organized area which promotes safety in the work place and develops good employee morale and work habits. Administers and maintains company policies, quality standards, GMP's, and safety in a productive and efficient work place. Ensures for a smooth transition between shifts. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensuring compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit's food safety, and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices. Serves as Alternate to Production Supervisor to ensure effective coverage of the Safe Quality Food responsibilities pertaining to that position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Maintenance management or related field and 3-5 years previous supervisory experience in similar environment. Knowledge and experience may be substituted for degree. Proficient PC skills with word processing and spreadsheet software. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving skills. Detail oriented and organized; work on multiple projects concurrently, set priorities and follows through. Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Candidate will work full-time at our luxury property, Park Lane at Garden State Park, located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Position Overview The Senior / Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of the maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts for one or more assigned communities including the physical aspects of the building(s), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances and amenities. This role ensures efforts meet EP's operational standards and applicable laws and regulations. At podded communities, the Senior / Maintenance Manager conducts property visits, works with on-site supervisors to increase performance and proficiency, and maintains oversight of maintenance operations. Reports To Portfolio Maintenance Director / VP of Maintenance and Operations Supervises Supervises other assigned supervisory and non-supervisory associates at one or more communities as well as relevant third-party vendors/suppliers. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, planning and directing work assignments.
