What you will do
Under direct supervision of the Area Resource Manager, the HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator receives and schedules customer calls for service. Manages the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics. Ensures schedule allows for timely completion of preventative maintenance and aligns with monthly forecasting goals. Debrief activities of assigned technicians/mechanics daily, coordinating with technicians/mechanics to resolve concerns quickly. Assesses job completion and collaborates with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs through the appropriate business process.
How you will do it
This position is on site preferred.
Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians to the appropriate customer and service needs.
Communicates the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
Ensures work has been performed to the customer's expectations and performs follow-up with the customer, as needed.
Answers any customer inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues, as appropriate.
Debrief activities daily.
Ensures Technicians are provided with daily schedules. Maintains consistent communication with assigned Technicians
Follows up on activities to ensure completion in an established timeframe.
Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in NxGen.
Scheduled Service Visits - on time.
Parts ordering/PO creation support.
Start-up support.
Customer PO confirmation.
WIP Management.
Reconcile exceptions (SIR and AP).
Attend daily team huddles
Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings.
Assist with monitoring of time and expense reporting submission.
Review and correct unassociated time for timesheets for technicians.
Other duties and administrative activities as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.

What you will do
Performs assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. Loads system-level controller software.
Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e. sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.
Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.

Required
* Vocational School four year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field plus three years of industry experience or 2+ years experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
* Generally required knowledge includes HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques.

Job Overview:
The Mold Process Technician is a key member of the production team, responsible for supporting startup activities at the beginning of each shift, conducting equipment repairs, and troubleshooting molding processes. This role may be required to operate molding equipment, including mold presses, as needed to support production demands.
Responsibilities:
* Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes
* Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
* Ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments
* Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, and make adjustments as necessary
* Troubleshoot and correct processing issues including normal adjustments and checks
* Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters to meet the mold requirements ensuring production goals are met.
* Verify process parameters and implement changes as appropriate, to improve cycle times.
* Have a continuous improvement mindset by identifying and making process improvements to drive cost reductions such as scrap reduction, decreased change-over time, cycle time improvement opportunities, etc.
* Inspect parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications'
* Repair, maintain and keep spare components inventory to keep molds functioning correctly.
* Recognize and stop production to correct any quality or safety issues
* Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report discrepancies to the maintenance department.
* Monitor, train, and coach the machine operators to ensure they are following proper manufacturing procedures
* Work with Engineering to assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
* Comply with all safety, quality, company policy and regulations
* Other duties as assigned which may include support for the broader maintenance team in all areas such as facility related repairs.
Requirements:

Job Overview:
The Quality Lead is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and customer specifications. The Quality Lead demonstrates a strong knowledge of the ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements. The Quality Lead interacts professionally with company management, internal departments, and customers on Quality related tasks. This position also manages and maintains day-to-day scheduling and workflow of the Quality Inspectors. They also support the management team by conducting training, performing troubleshooting, managing the daily shipment schedule, and generally supporting the QC department and Quality functions to ensure compliance with the company's QMS requirements and established processes.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with departmental peers in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, and QC to monitor and ensure compliance with the quality assurance program established by the company.
* Coordinate and manage daily schedules and work assignments of Quality Inspector personnel.
* Lead the QC department in daily activities, such as visual and dimensional inspection, quality testing, Device History Record (DHR) review, and others as assigned.
* Review and approve inspection records, nonconformance reports, and related documentation.
* Cooperate with and act professionally with coworkers and managers.
* Meet Flexan standards for quality, cleanliness, and productivity.
* Follow all procedures for cleanroom operation, cleanroom attire, and contamination control.

You refresh the schedule, reconcile production variances, and adjust plans to protect throughput. By mid-morning, you're syncing with Operations to align on performance metrics and priorities. In the afternoon, you dig into root causes behind plan variances, update ERP transactions to keep inventory and material usage accurate, and issue work orders that drive MRP. Before end of day, you publish future capacity reports-flagging heavy loads, new product impacts, and potential material risks-and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure raw material plans support the business outlook.
What You Will Do
Continuously review new demand to verify labor/machine capacity, materials, and design readiness can meet requested ship dates.
Update and interpret production variances; revise the schedule for optimal outcomes.
Maintain transactional accuracy in ERP for inventory control and material consumption.
Perform detailed root-cause analysis on deviations from plan; drive process improvements to reduce inventory and optimize product flow.
Communicate regularly with Operations to review the plan and performance metrics.
Manage production work orders that define the plan and feed MRP for Purchasing.
Maintain and analyze planning metrics: on-time start, on-time completion and delivery, lead-time adherence, aged work orders, and labor/material variances; surface issues and drive resolution.
Provide forward-looking capacity reports using standard labor hours and demonstrated efficiency; highlight heavy loads, NPIs, and material concerns.
Act as Master Scheduler, meeting weekly with Purchasing to align on longer-term demand and ensure raw material supply plans support business objectives.
Integrate New Product Introductions into the plan; coordinate cross-functionally to align launch timelines.
Own ERP item master data: keep product attributes, BOMs, and planning parameters current; maintain lifecycle status and obsolete items appropriately.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
3-6 years in Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling.
Deep understanding of data flow across the manufacturing lifecycle-from design through shipment.
High proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience or training in Lean and Visual Factory practices.

How you will do it
Diagnoses and repairs complex control systems malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write modifications in multiple languages of systems software.
Consults with the customer through data gathered and site assessments. Provides field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and or enhancements to existing equipment. Assists sales by providing technical recommendations for sales leads.
Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Reports problems or changes to management immediately. Interfaces with branch manager, service manager, service project manager or subcontractors on projects to coordinate activities as required ethically and professionally.
Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings. May assist with job layouts and bid proposals.
Install and modify software and graphics.
Communicates with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Meets regularly with customers to become familiar with operating problems. Keeps customer informed on the service provided, outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and replacement. Promotes the sale of add-on work.
Adheres to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards. Provides safety leadership and instruction to all control's technicians in the branch. Provides safety awareness while working onsite with Johnson Controls subcontractors.
Trains the customer in control systems operations. Delivers manuals and documentation to the customer for training needs as required.
Provides mentorship for certification of Controls Technicians and Service Technicians on complex building automation systems. Coaches, supports and trains the technical workforce on non-complex, non-critical equipment.
Compiles job documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training form, training certificates and punch lists.
Conducts extensive self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company.
Other duties related to the installing, commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems and energy management systems, as assigned.
Assists in the design and configuration of building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, and bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
Assists in developing and testing software programs necessary to operate the system per the project requirements' intent.
Compiles and/or completes project as built and close-out documentation.
Assists in the coordination and creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned.
Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
May provide field change information to the project team for the creation of as-built drawings and software.
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
Assists in performing site-specific training for owner / operator on the total building control system.
Participates in release meeting with project field team.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

Required
Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
Minimum of Six (6) years Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. This includes buildings, chiller plants and systems.
Vocational School program graduate or associate's degree in a technical field, or two years' experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems.
Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
Effective communication skills to represent Johnson Controls on customer sites.
Possesses the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
Demonstrate effective writing skills as well as understanding of programs and software applications.
Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.92-37.02 per hour (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
