What you will do Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Service Sales Rep to join our team. * Field sales position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customer base (geography or account).
* Manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing design, creating contract, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, and providing on-going customer service through service delivery.
* Work with other sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management to meet customer needs.
* Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings.
* Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
* Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designated sales plan.
* Assume account management responsibility including the provision and/or coordination of services (installation, customer training, etc.) to assure complete customer satisfaction.
* Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of the sales.
* Investigate and resolve customer problems in regard to delivery dates, billings, financing and other related matters.
* Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of additional sales.
* Perform periodic market investigations within as assigned territory to develop new applications; provide sales forecasting for assigned territory.
* Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
* Maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities.

* Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or engineering preferred.
Experience
* Three or more years, successful sales experience with fire alarms, security control, and monitoring or similar industry. Experience working with electrical contractors and blueprints is desirable.

* Self- motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
* PC Proficiency including familiarity with Word, Excel, and job costing system

Job Overview
The Production Planner is responsible for creating and organizing production schedules to meet customers' demand and quality requirements. They are also responsible for maintaining component inventory stocking levels to support production needs while also supporting business performance metrics. Production planners are an integral part of the manufacturing team as they define what to produce and when to produce it. Requirements:

Job Overview:
The Quality Lead is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and customer specifications. The Quality Lead demonstrates a strong knowledge of the ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements. How you will do it
As Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls daily in a professional and efficient manner, dealing with and resolving issues within SLA times, providing support for the Johnson Control Security Products Intrusion product range, working on both application software and hardware products, providing feedback to customer, colleagues and managers and evaluation of products. As a key player of the NA Technical Support Team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to have considerable impact on JCI processes and products. Job Overview:
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements within our medical device manufacturing environment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including validation activities, process improvements, nonconformance and CAPA management, auditing responsibilities, risk assessments, and training initiatives. Responsibilities:

+ Drive timely responsiveness to all viable quotation opportunities.

Responsibilities
+ Track and improve site KPIs for inventory, including obsolete and slow moving, PPV, clear to build, DSI and sourcing savings
+ Facilitate and oversee critical supply-site quality issues between Operations, Engineering, Customers and Suppliers as required. Support and lead NCR, CAR, and capacity/lead-time improvement initiatives for locally managed suppliers (and coordinate with the Supplier Performance Group for centrally managed suppliers).

Job Overview:
The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for the development, qualification, and launch of new processes for manufacturing. Additionally, the NPI Engineer is responsible for improving NPI processes, training of new operators for OQ/PQ validation, and developing cost saving projects by deploying processing improvements.

What you will do
Performs assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
How you will do it
Loads system-level controller software.
Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e. sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.
Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
What we look for
Required
Vocational School four year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field plus three years of industry experience or 2+ years experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
Generally required knowledge includes HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques.
Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people. Leadership skills to support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment on a job site.
PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE:
$23.11 - $29.84 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Role Summary:
The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. + Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety (project initiation to project completion) on all assigned projects.

+ Ensure a "clean order" before commencement of work on an assigned project and utilize the change management system to control the scope of work and associated cost, throughout the life of the project.

A Day in the Life
Morning starts by reviewing new orders and confirming that labor hours, machine capacity, material availability, and design release can support every promise date. You refresh the schedule, reconcile production variances, and adjust plans to protect throughput. By mid-morning, you're syncing with Operations to align on performance metrics and priorities. In the afternoon, you dig into root causes behind plan variances, update ERP transactions to keep inventory and material usage accurate, and issue work orders that drive MRP. Before end of day, you publish future capacity reports-flagging heavy loads, new product impacts, and potential material risks-and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure raw material plans support the business outlook.
What You Will Do
Continuously review new demand to verify labor/machine capacity, materials, and design readiness can meet requested ship dates.
Update and interpret production variances; revise the schedule for optimal outcomes.
Maintain transactional accuracy in ERP for inventory control and material consumption.
Perform detailed root-cause analysis on deviations from plan; drive process improvements to reduce inventory and optimize product flow.
Communicate regularly with Operations to review the plan and performance metrics.
Manage production work orders that define the plan and feed MRP for Purchasing.
Maintain and analyze planning metrics: on-time start, on-time completion and delivery, lead-time adherence, aged work orders, and labor/material variances; surface issues and drive resolution.
Provide forward-looking capacity reports using standard labor hours and demonstrated efficiency; highlight heavy loads, NPIs, and material concerns.
Act as Master Scheduler, meeting weekly with Purchasing to align on longer-term demand and ensure raw material supply plans support business objectives.
Integrate New Product Introductions into the plan; coordinate cross-functionally to align launch timelines.
Own ERP item master data: keep product attributes, BOMs, and planning parameters current; maintain lifecycle status and obsolete items appropriately.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
3-6 years in Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling.
Deep understanding of data flow across the manufacturing lifecycle-from design through shipment.
High proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience or training in Lean and Visual Factory practices.
