JT4 provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. We develop and maintain realistic integrated test and training environments, and prepare our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and air crews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES JT4 is seeking entry level to senior level analysts for career opportunities in broad and diverse fields with career advancement. JT4 is the prime contractor delivering engineering and technical services to develop and test leading-edge technologies for our nation's aircraft weapon systems and aircrews across open air test ranges. Analytical disciplines that align with on-going technical services include aeronautical, computer, digital signal processing, electrical engineering, RF (air and ground-based), statistical analysis, software, and telecommunication. All science, technology, engineering, and mathematical disciplines will be considered for employment opportunities. Analysts will report on complex EW, RF, and communication protocol test articles, providing a comprehensive analysis on the operation, suitability, and sustainment of a variety of Department of Defense weapons and systems. Strong mathematical skills, logic, and the ability to rise and achieve successes will make you a solid candidate. Opportunities exist at all JT4 operating locations including Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and California. Responsibilities vary from entry level analytical problem-solving to leading teams in understanding and reporting complex technical solutions. The incumbent must understand concepts, principles, and practices of engineering and analysis to enable the employee to serve as a technical authority on projects relating to the specific programs. The position requires knowledge and skill sufficient to apply the latest developments in technology to solve problems in the specialty area. The incumbent must maintain excellent communications and analytical skills and working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance and possess a valid state issued driver's license. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have a technical degree focusing on science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Former military or Government experience highly desired. Open-air RF or closed-loop protocol testing preferred for most positions. Some positions focus on Software Development and Testing. WORKING CONDITIONS This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, constant sitting with occasional use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. SUMMARY The SCS Business Analyst is responsible for successful delivery of implementations and enhancements for D&H Supply Chain Services. The role is highly collaborative, coordinating with a broad range of cross-functional project stakeholders (internal and external). The Business Analyst (BA) team is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within IT. At a high level, the Business Analyst serves as the bridge of communication between business stakeholders and IT staff. The BA is responsible for facilitating discussions among the business users to understand the current business process and their need for change. The BA must then accurately document and communicate this need to the IT staff to design a solution that will ensure all stakeholder expectations are met.
