Job Description
Interpret and implement construction plans.
Oversee the construction of headwalls, box culverts and other storm sewer structures, as well as footings.
Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices.
Ability to communicate and schedule their work with other employees of the company.
Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers on a daily basis or as needed.
Must be willing to work the hours needed to complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
Manage paving crew to ensure that K2 Construction's high-quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
5+ years' work experience in the construction industry, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role overseeing concrete Redi-mix batching operations, material procurements and mixer truck drivers.
Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, batch plant maintenance, safety regulations, quality control specifications and procedures, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and DOT requirements.
