Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network through material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations.
• Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality workspace innovations for people, MHE, and technology within NASC
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

Experience working with polymers - particularly Pebax, Nylon, PEEK, and Urethanes.
Familiarity with how extrusion inputs can impact outputs.
Demonstrated ability to develop equipment/fixtures from concept to prototype to production.
Demonstrated use of DFSS tools (DOE, problem solving).
Experience with mechanical design, automation and controls, and programming.
Strong understanding of statistics and experience using statistical analysis software tools.
Medical device or other regulated industry experience, including an understanding of the quality system.
