What you'll be doing:
Lead architecture, design, and implementation across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog)
Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap for enterprise scalability and alignment
Develop workflow automation and partner with business stakeholders to deliver productivity solutions
Establish and enforce platform standards, naming conventions, and development guardrails
Mentor developers, administrators, and analysts
Translate business requirements into platform-wide solutions
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and integrations
Oversee platform governance, code reviews, upgrade planning, and documentation
Drive CMDB and Service Mapping strategy for improved automation and impact analysis
Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise infrastructure (APIs, MID Servers, third-party systems)
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new ServiceNow capabilities
Maintain architecture documentation and reusable technical patterns
Support release management, testing, and performance tuning

What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
ServiceNow CSA required; CIS, CIS-CSM (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) strongly preferred
7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role
Proven experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions across business functions
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices and system design
Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Job Summary:
The Backup and DR Architect position works independently identifying areas of improvement in current processes, procedures, and technical challenges to drive innovation, scaling, and stability within RapidScale's BDR solutions. This person will be responsible for collaborating with all teams to optimize deployment, performance, and support of our BDR product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization, cloud services, and infrastructure architecture, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure BDR environments that meet business needs. They will also review existing and create new reference architecture documents to establish standards and best practices for new implementations.

Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles.
Work closely with Product and Operations teams on operationalizing new solutions and services or adding features to existing products and services to ensure smooth transitions and effective support for new features and products.
Developing and delivering training programs for support engineers and other relevant teams

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Software Developer skilled in C#, .NET, and SQL to design, customize, and integrate solutions for our Acumatica Cloud ERP platform. This individual will play a critical role in extending the functionality of Acumatica using its xRP Framework, SOAP/REST APIs, and customization tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on Acumatica development experience and is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and business-driven solutions.
In addition to supporting ongoing Acumatica implementation projects, this position will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior developers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Acumatica modules, screens, and reports using C#, .NET, and Acumatica's xRP Framework.
Build and maintain integrations between Acumatica and other business systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Customize Acumatica ERP workflows, dashboards, and business logic to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, implementation consultants, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and reliability.
Support Acumatica implementation, configuration, and data migration efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Mentor and train other programmers in Acumatica development best practices, coding standards, and integration techniques.
Stay current on new Acumatica releases and emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience developing with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
2+ years of experience developing or customizing Acumatica ERP or similar ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of Acumatica's xRP Framework and Customization Project Editor.
Experience working with SOAP and RESTful APIs for system integration.
Proficiency in Acumatica Generic Inquiries, DACs, Graphs, Reports, and Business Events.
Experience with Acumatica Mobile Framework a plus.
Solid understanding of ERP business processes (finance, distribution, manufacturing, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and guide other developers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Acumatica Developer Certification
Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Prior experience supporting ERP implementation or consulting projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Model, develop and support data objects and pipelines using technologies such as SQL, DBT, Python, PySpark, Kafka and Dagster.
Perform code review of team members to learn new techniques while providing code quality review.

Qualifications
