What You'll Do
Lead daily operations of the adaptive fitness center, ensuring high-quality service and care
Oversee the budget and P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth and operational health

Build proactive systems for safety, compliance, and risk management
Partner with internal teams to grow memberships and community partnerships

The Team
We're currently growing Our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. PCS works with private companies, their owners, and other domestic and international high net worth individuals, serving as their advisor, advocate, teammate and partner. Due to our tremendous growth, we're seeking a Manager to join our team.
How you will contribute
As a Manager within Private Client Services, Tax you will:
Provide multiple clients with a variety of accounting and support services including but not limited to the following:
Responsible for the review and oversight of accounting processes, i.e. timely posting of all financial transactions to G/L, maintain the general ledger, generate & post all journal entries, coordinate monthly close, and prepare financial reports
Oversee and manage the accounting functions for specific families that includes; accounts payables, ensuring accurate, authorized invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner
Review and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions
Manage and reconcile bank accounts
Reconcile various expenses and intercompany accounts
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages for clients with related work papers
Assist in preparation of annual tax package and supporting documents
Establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
Develop trusted relationships with and collaborate with clients to compile project information and resolve issues
Conduct day-to-day management of accounts to ensure delivery of timely and accurate work product
Supervise, develop, mentor, and motivate our Associates and Senior Associates by actively participating in their advancement through on-the-job training, providing performance feedback, counseling, and fostering our team-based atmosphere
Manage workload and deadlines for Associates and Senior Associates with focuses on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the project team
Manage client calls to understand critical areas of importance and apply tax technical knowledge to specific client situations
Create deliverables that are concise, complete, and address the elements deemed critical by the client
Clearly communicate work plan, project objectives, and timelines to multidisciplinary project teams
Encourage open expression of ideas and opinions, actively seeks opportunities for others to share diverse experiences and perspectives
Build client relationships and demonstrate a working knowledge of client businesses; with opportunity to assume additional responsibility quickly
Assist with business development, including add-on work by creating business development resources and proposal materials
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting
4+ years' of relevant experience; Private Client Services/Family Office/High Net Worth accounting experience strongly preferred
CPA or Licensed Attorney
High level of integrity and respect for the confidential nature of the information our Private Client Services Group is privy to
Prior proven experience leading and managing work streams and mentoring junior staff
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts, establish credibility and influence clients
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Advanced user of all Microsoft Office products (with an emphasis on Excel)
Strong knowledge and experience in QuickBooks
Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
High motivation to learn and grow
Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
Bilingual, a plus

The salary range is $110,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. OptymEdge is advancing global ophthalmology clinical trials through the Acuvera Suite-Certify, Capture, and Imaging-bringing digital transformation to visual function endpoints. To support this growth, we are seeking a Customer Success & Strategic Growth Manager to support and execute value realization, strengthen sponsor and CRO partnerships, and unlock long-term account expansion.
Primary Purpose
This client-facing role blends customer success, strategic account management, and commercial insight. You will partner with key global sponsors, oversee engagement across the customer lifecycle, and convert operational excellence into deeper, multi-service relationships. You will also contribute to the development of scalable CS frameworks that support OptymEdge's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Leadership
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
* Lead onboarding, adoption, and continuous value delivery across Certify, Capture, and Imaging modules
* Conduct structured governance meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions with client stakeholders
* Build multi-level, trust-based relationships anchored in scientific credibility and shared goals
* Identify risks early and drive cross-functional resolution to maintain delivery excellence
2. Growth & Expansion Opportunities
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and multi-service expansion opportunities in partnership with Commercial and Business Development teams
* Contribute to the development of long-term partnership and account growth strategies
* Partner with Business Development on renewals, pricing input, and proposal development
* Track and report NRR, account health indicators, and expansion pipeline activity
3. Cross-Functional Partnership
* Collaborate with Delivery, Clinical, Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution
* Translate customer insights into actionable product and service improvement recommendations
* Contribute to value stories, case studies, and customer success narratives
* Serve as the internal voice of the customer to support alignment across teams
4. Operational Excellence & Scaling
* Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable CS processes, playbooks, and engagement frameworks
* Build and maintain account health models and standardized reporting dashboards
* Leverage CRM and analytics tools for forecasting, engagement tracking, and risk signaling
* Support knowledge sharing and onboarding activities as the CS function grows
Qualifications
* Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or clinical operations.
* Experience with eClinical or digital health systems.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
Bonus Points
* Experience in ophthalmology clinical research or endpoint services
* Familiarity with eSource, imaging, or certification platforms
* Experience in growth-stage or transformation-focused organizations
