You will be responsible for assisting in development and build of highly complex electro-mechanical and opto- mechanical systems in Healdsburg, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development, assembly, testing, system integration and troubleshooting of stabilized optical gimbal systems used in advanced imaging and motion platforms, in an AS9100/ISO9001 environment. You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure precision, performance, and reliability in every system we deliver. These advanced technologies are primarily employed in maritime and aerial environments, where your expertise will contribute to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. This is a non-exempt, non- supervisory, full-time position. Oscilloscope, signal generator * Adaptable and able to support various roles in different system development projects * Possesses intellectual curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning * A skilled and innovative problem solver * Proficient with Microsoft office products to create functional work instructions * Exhibits a strong work ethic * Detail-oriented in approach The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
