Job Title: Component Design Lead Working Pattern: Full-time Working location: Indianapolis, IN The Component Design Lead for Project Alpha is responsible for ensuring that Rolls-Royce employs the technical expertise, processes and oversight for our products to meet the customer's functional, business and schedule requirements. Skills/Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks (at different stages), set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments. Strong computer skills including proven experience in use of 3D Computer Modeling software (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and in the creation of related documentation Good communication, analytical, & time management skills and an ability to work in a focused environment, delivering high quality results on time and on budget Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, and gather data to implement sustainable solutions. Ability to find solutions to problems using creativity, reasoning, and past experiences along with the available information and resources. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc....).
