Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all operational functions related to the safe and effective operation of Aquatics, Front Gate, and Park Services.

Proactively manage safety and ensure all attractions are operating safely.
Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained through recruiting, interviewing, and retention programs.
Development and maintenance of expense budgets and annual business plans for areas of responsibility.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all aspects of the Aquatics training and safety programs including in-service training and ensure 100% compliance with all Ellis & Associates and Six Flags Standard Operating Procedures including regularly conducting in-service trainings.
Recruit and hire seasonal employees to ensure proper staffing levels.
Develop and administer departmental policies and procedures.
Request and review bids for outside service contracts outlined within expense budgets.
Interface with the Maintenance division to maximize safety and maximize the Guest ride experience.
Responsible for maintaining a Total Safety culture for both Guests and Team Members.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the Park with special attention to back areas and storage facilities.
Track and proactively forecast staffing needs to ensure adequate staffing levels for Operations departments.
Provide direct leadership for the seasonal leadership teams and perform periodic evaluations of their performance.
Serve as a Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention.
Routinely review Guest Satisfaction Survey reports and follow up on positive and negative feedback.
Monitor Team Member Voice Survey results and work with Human Resources to build on strengths and address areas of needed improvement.
Serve as Park and Departmental Duty Manager.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: starting at $59,000 (Based on experience and certifications)

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, theme parks, or similar operations.
College degree in Business, Management, and/or equivalent management experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying technical, educational, and generational backgrounds.
Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience preparing and managing budgets.
Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask under high-pressure emergencies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
Strong experience in training and presentation skills to develop large teams.
Must be capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing heights in excess of 200 feet.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The HotelManager is responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the Hotel, Galley, and Bar departments which include guest cabins, laundry, dining room service, bar, lounge and the galley. Also includes some shore-side guest activities such as beach barbeques.
This position works 12 hours per day, approximately 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off rotational schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory
Directly supervisesóra employees in the following positions: Sr. Steward, Stewards, Bartender and Head Chef.
Monitors and conducts performance evaluations throughout the year, conducts performance reviews of contract stewards each rotation, and performs annual written performance evaluations Permissions.
Trains Senior Stewards, Stewards and Bartenders in all aspects of their job performance. Oversees training of Head Chefs. Occasionally may train other HotelManagers.
Responsible for maintaining CDC standards and coordinating efforts with Head Chef and other department heads onboard.
Administration
Oversees the departmental budget; plans the budget and approves expenditures within established guidelines.
Ensures all hotel departments have necessary supplies on a timely basis, monitors stock on hand, manages all inventories for the hotel department, including Global Market.
Ensures accuracy and timely completion of crew and guest accounts from the bar, Global Market, and dining room prior to completion of the voyage, including HotelManager Voyage Report.
Ensures that the menu, quality of food served, guest service, and cabin cleaning are in keeping with Company standards.
Guest/Public Relations
Participates in various onboard social functions (Captains Welcome Aboard and Farewell Nights) as well as participates in guest activities such as recaps, dining with guests, Global Market, barbeques, etc.
Safety & Security
A member kato the medical team.
Participates in on board safety training, meetings and drills, as directed by the Captain, including fire, abandon ship, man overboard, flooding and medical emergencies.
Participates in shoreside training as required by the company.
Familiar with the ISM codes and requirements.
Maintains familiarity with all duties under the company Safety Management System and Emergency Station Billet duties.

Position Overview
The General Manager/AGM of Richland Country Club is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of all club operations. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the General Manager ensures that the Club's mission, bylaws, and policies are executed with excellence and consistency.
The General Manager/AGM provides visible, hands-on leadership across all departments and serves as a key ambassador for membership, fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned private club professional with a strong record of operational leadership, financial acumen, and member-focused service. The successful candidate will be a confident, decisive leader who is both strategic and detail-oriented, with the ability to inspire teams and set high performance standards.
Preferred qualifications include:
Progressive leadership experience in private golf and/or country clubs
Comprehensive operational knowledge across all club departments, with particular strength in Food & Beverage and member experience
Demonstrated success working with Boards and committees within a member-owned governance structure
Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Hands-on, visible leadership style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Club Essentials or similar club management systems
Professional stability and a career history that reflects growth and achievement
CMAA membership or pursuit thereof is strongly preferred
