Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.

Summary:
Employee's level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Project Manager - Combined is responsible for managing low complexity project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly. With assistance from leadership, the Project Manager I owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project.
What You'll Do:
* Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects
* Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged) and resolve customer issues promptly
* Read through all Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and makes sure terms and conditions are correct
* Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods, and account management to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
* Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
* Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charge
* Receive day to day requests from the project as well as large packages from the Quotation team
* With assistance from leadership, provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals
* Work with leadership to determine vendors and purchase requirements looking for additional pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities to substantially improve the overall profitability of the project
* Coordinate with project team for documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance
* Perform other duties as assigned

You'll work side by side with our Visual Communication Experts that are in the field day to day with clients. Working in our Point of Sale system to manage current jobs, enter new quotes and jobs, send information to clients and maintain the due dates and order of importance for projects throughout the life of the jobs.
Monitor email communications with clients and update projects as needed
Call and coordinate installations and dates with clients and vendors to ensure a project is on time and accurate
Assist the Visual Communication Experts with product design-build ideas, acquiring permits as necessary and learning the sales process and ways to enhance the process and presentation
Engaging with clients via email and phone for new orders or processing of existing quotes
Be a key part of the team in our morning workstart meetings and identify all your current projects in the works and any needs, questions or updates as needed
Ensure timely payment of projects and follow up on Accounts Receivable invoices as needed
Participate in and offer ideas to the sales team through our weekly sales meeting
Send Thank you notes to high value clients or gifts as needed
Look for ways to always WOW the client - and create a memorable experience, not just a purchase
Occasionally consult with walk-in customers & prospects
Back up the primary phone answerer to ensure customers and prospects are treated with the greatest level of customer care
Ask for and manage referrals and thank you gifts for those referring
