Prepares and correctly completes any work documents, timesheets,s and correctly code tags to correct job. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefit interaction with other team members and homeowners/clients. Must be detailed oriented, able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High School degree or equivalent and/or minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service-related industry. Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
