Clinical Responsibilities Include: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-V criteria. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provide direct care through evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions. Deliver clinical interventions grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other best-practice modalities. Facilitate case management sessions, including treatment goal setting, discharge planning, and collaboration with referral sources and external providers. Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, recovery strategies, and coping skills. Coordinates care for all appropriate support services, including referral sources, family members, and other support providers. Participate actively in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate holistic care. Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support patients in crisis after hours, as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with organizational, state, and CARF standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers to meet the co-occurring psychiatric and substance use needs of patients. Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance that is collaborative, individualized, and adaptable to evolving clinical needs. Promote the organization's image in a professional, supportive, and educational manner within the community and with referral partners. Stay informed on current clinical practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in the behavioral health field. Demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence, as measured by outcomes such as patient retention, treatment goal achievement, successful program completion, and transitions between levels of care. Obtain necessary secondary signatures on documentation from licensed supervisors when applicable. Attend all required staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.
