The Health IT Analyst supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Indian Health Service (IHS) Modernized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This position combines program and project management capabilities with Oracle Health Cerner Millennium and PharmNet build and design expertise to ensure the successful design, configuration, and optimization of EHR solutions across assigned IHS clinical and/or business domains.
The analyst serves as a subject matter expert on Cerner solutions-particularly PharmNet, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory standards, and clinical safety requirements.
**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in Cerner Millennium and PharmNet applications, including build, design, and configuration of medication management workflows.
+ Provide advisement on best practices for configuration and build across one or more Oracle Health solutions, ensuring consistency with vendor recommendations and IHS standards (required).
+ Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy stakeholders to design and validate medication workflows, formulary configurations, orderable items, and medication safety parameters.
+ Evaluate configuration decisions for impact on system maintenance, data integrity, interoperability, clinical safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements.
+ Partner effectively with IHS clinical and business end users to support efficient and informed decision-making related to EHR functionality and usability.
+ Collaborate with the Product Management Team and EHR Vendor Teams (Oracle Health) to promote alignment with vendor-defined best practices for system build, workflow, and data management.
+ Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities, including change control and release readiness processes.
+ Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Advanced expertise in Oracle Health Cerner Millennium, with emphasis on PharmNet design, build, and maintenance (required).
+ Experience configuring Cerner modules such as PharmNet, PowerChart, FirstNet, and/or Discern Reporting preferred.
+ Proven ability to manage complex build tasks, configuration documentation, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced implementation environment.
+ Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy workflows, including medication management, CPOE, and formulary control.
+ Demonstrated experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
+ Completion of at least one full life-cycle Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR implementation (two or more preferred).
+ Proficiency in workflow development, design documentation, and validation procedures.
+ Healthcare clinical and/or business functional experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
+ Experience participating in system testing, build validation, and end-user training support.
+ Preferred experience across domains such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and/or Data Analytics.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree (or higher) in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related clinical/business discipline (recommended).
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare experience in an EHR build, configuration, or clinical systems analyst role, including direct PharmNet design/build experience.

About this role
Faire's Risk team is seeking a highly motivated Underwriting Analyst to help us empower small businesses by providing them with credit limits that enable them to grow. The underwriters at
Faire conduct due diligence and credit risk analysis to determine appropriate credit limit amounts for retailers.

Evaluate creditworthiness of retail businesses and adjust credit limits based on a review of the business's credit application, banking data, payment performance on Faire, and

Perform due diligence on businesses to prevent fraud
Propose and implement improvements to risk management policies, procedures, and tools

Salary Range
San Francisco, CA: The pay range for this role is $111,500 - 153,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors, including transferable skills, work experience, market demand, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.
Requirements
Develop, review, and provide recommendations for classified and unclassified PM PNT products including program objectives, integrated master schedules, budget requests, requirements analysis, strategies, schedules, program documentation, program briefings, business case analysis, acquisition planning, policy implementation and achievement of milestone objectives.
Prepare objectively based data and analysis for planning and budget related documents to evaluate and respond to issues on resourcing, costing, meeting of milestones, objectives, and to defend the programs and projects
Prepare for and attend PM PNT program meetings including: IPTs; reviews leading to and including Milestone Decisions; PNT product Contractor reviews; Program Objective Memorandum (POM) reviews; PNT product platform and client meetings; Program Management Reviews (PMRs); Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs); Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) reviews, and budget reviews. The contractor shall document the proceedings of these meetings and provide recommendations. (CDRL A010)
Review, recommend, and update program documentation supporting the acquisition process and long-term PM PNT program planning.
Develop, review, and maintain program level documentation supporting the acquisition process IAW documents required by law, regulation, directive and/or policy such as the U.S. Code Title 10, DFAS-Manual 37-100, DoDD 5000.01, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 and Army Regulation (AR) 70-1. Program level documentation may include Acquisition Strategy Reports, Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), and Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADM), for Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs).
Assist in the preparation of and provide recommendations for the formulation of short- and long-range program financial planning.
Identify, prepare, review, and track recommended changes to PM PNT policies and procedures in acquisition to address new or changing requirements implemented by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASAALT).
Provide updates, inputs, corrections, and schedule estimates at integrated product team (IPT) meetings and working groups in the preparation, development, analysis, review, and tracking of the following: Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); preparation and review of PM PNT reports, and briefings provided to senior level management; PM PNT program reviews and PM PNT product reviews including events leading to the review, and events after the review.
Plan, coordinate, organize, implement, and prepare Report, Record of Meeting / Minutes (IAW CDRL A010) for PM PNT events, as required.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret security clearance is required for consideration.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in a specialized field with five (5) years' experience in systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling Specifically experience in Programmatic Acquisition, that includes POM, P&R forms, and spend plans within the last five (5) years.
Must have a working understanding of standard Army and ASC generated planning and execution systems.
Must have experience with DoD/Army acquisition program analysis such as developing annual spend plans, conducting or supporting budget execution activities, utilizing financial systems such as Program Optimization & Budget Execution (cPROBE), CCAR, and GFEBS as well as Procurement Backup Book (P-Forms) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Descriptive Summaries (RDTE, or R-Forms) developing/writing budget justification documents (P&R forms), developing/supporting the development of acquisition documentation (Program Office Estimates, Acquisition Strategy, etc.), acquisition program reporting (DAES, SAR, MAR, DAVE, etc.) developing POM strategies.
Must be able to interact with customers and senior leadership.
Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, highly motivated, quick learners, and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Program Management or similar operations experience preferred.
Experienced planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, schedule, actions, and requirements.
Develop, review, and provide recommendations to acquisition and milestone documentation in support of PM PNT product processes.
Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and report financial, programmatic, and technical issues related to planning, programming, budgeting, and funding excursions for systems.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Finance at Descript isn't a back-office function, it's a strategic partner in shaping where and how we grow. This role exists to turn insight into leverage: helping the company make smarter bets, allocate capital effectively, and improve the efficiency of how we operate. You'll report to the VP of Finance and lead FP&A while driving key strategic finance initiatives across the company, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. Your work will influence how we evaluate investments, plan headcount and spend, manage compute and COGS, and assess the financial impact of pricing and monetization decisions.
We're looking for someone who sees finance as a creative craft - not just about control or compliance, but about clarity, curiosity, and action. You'll build models, frameworks, and narratives that help Descript make better decisions faster. The right person thrives at the intersection of data, product, and strategy; is fluent in SQL or eager to learn it; and has the range to move from tactical detail to company-level strategy.
What will you do?
Lead FP&A, own company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management. Build dashboards that surface tradeoffs and guide executive decisions (Including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet modeling)
Own headcount modeling and workforce planning across all functions, partnering with the exec team on hiring plans, tradeoffs, and timing.
Drive monthly and quarterly variance analysis and performance reviews, including plan vs actuals across revenue, spend, and headcount.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to monitor COGS, compute and inference costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and help drive improvements in gross margin
Evaluate areas of investment by analyzing unit economics, and ROI across products and segments
Lead long term financial planning, opportunity sizing, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
Support data-driven narratives for board and investor updates, and support fundraising efforts with modeling, materials, and financial storytelling.
Influence company wide resourcing decisions across headcount, operating spend, and capital allocation.
What you bring:
7+ years in finance roles at high-growth tech companies
Early training in consulting or investment banking
Experience running FP&A end to end, ideally scaling from
Strong modeling, analytical rigor, and ability to influence
Cross-functional fluency with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams - able to translate financial insights into product and operational decisions
Deep understanding of SaaS economics and pipeline dynamics
Hands-on understanding of cloud and compute economics, with experience optimizing COGS and driving cost efficiency
Comfortable working with data directly - proficiency in SQL or a strong desire to learn
Excellent storytelling skills with data
Thrives in ambiguity, rapid iteration, and cross-functional collaboration
