The ideal Mobility Administrator will: Supports the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of enterprise mobility solutions. This position ensures reliable performance of mobile devices and applications, implements standard configurations, manages user access, and enforces security policies across the mobile ecosystem. Evaluate and implement new applications and data sources aligned with business objectives. * Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth rollouts of new features, updates, and process improvements through effective planning, communication, and training. Work closely with internal and offshore Salesforce team to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and coordinate deployments. Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer. About you * 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. * Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard and custom objects, data modeling, and security configurations. * High proficiency in designing and implementing complex automations using Salesforce Flow. * Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language for non-technical users. * Skilled at evaluating business needs, breaking down requirements, and designing scalable solutions. * Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with evaluating and connecting Salesforce to other system integrations. * Nice to have, experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Gainsight, and other SaaS integrations. * Supporting Salesforce org with 500+ users, working with multiple SFDC admins, manage multiple Salesforce instances is preferred. * Salesforce Admin or other specialized certifications is a bonus.
