Position Summary
A Robotic Programmer works with the engineering and integration teams at Vizient by preparing automation systems to customer order specifications. This includes working with the customer on application or process development, programming structures and system functionality. Applications include, but are not limited to assembly, grinding, machine tending, material handling and welding.
Job Responsibilities
Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets;
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects to include commitment of travel for project success;
Coordinate front-end reach reviews to ensure success of robotic application;
Coordinate, implement and verify off-line programming efforts and online implementation of programming;
Work with Controls Engineers and Application Engineers to ensure full functionality of the system;
Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary;
Uphold company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives;
Installation and configuration of appropriate hardware and software options;
Assist in the integration, start-up and debugging of plant floor equipment;
Ability to improve cycle time and throughput by adjusting robot path or functions;
Willingness to travel as required; and
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Controls Software Engineer for our Shelby Township, MI site with a background in industrial software development. The Controls Software Engineer will initially support active projects and then transition to completing projects directly. They will take the lead on developing software on new projects and debug software on new machines. This role requires travel to customer sites for equipment installation and customer interaction.
What You Will Do
Design PLC software and HMIs for industrial automation equipment
Debug and troubleshoot PLC software and HMIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and critical path milestones.
Maintain task lists and reports of open items.
Maintain project design documentation and prepare customer deliverables.
Ensure the controls engineering process is tracked and followed.
Assist customers and local tradespeople in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Conduct end-user training on equipment operation.
Education & Experience Requirements
Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree preferred; Mechatronics degrees will also be considered.
Minimum of two years of experience as a Controls Engineer or Controls Software Engineer with experience in designing Rockwell Logix 5000 or Siemens S7-1500 family processors.
Knowledge or education in electrical circuits, schematic reading, design, and troubleshooting.
Experience with electrical CAD systems, such as AutoCAD Electrical and/or ePLAN
Experience with PLC programming in ladder and structured text.
Experience programming HMIs
Travel required: approximately 30% domestic and international.
Weekend work may be required based on project schedules.
Preferred
Experience in computer programming languages, such as VB, C/C++, or C#.
Experience with Rockwell and Siemens HMI preferred.

Our Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment making sure our customers stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products, refreshing the World, and providing moments of optimism and happiness.
Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
