About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you'll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You'll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.
What You'll Do
Conduct Patient Screenings - Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
Perform Dental Cleanings - Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
Educate Patients - Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
Take X-rays & Diagnostics - Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
Apply Preventive Treatments - Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
Support the Dentist - Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
1+ year of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required

What You'll Do
• Support both the dentist and patients with a variety of tasks.
