Ampersand Therapy is looking for a School Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) with a dedication to empowering students in the school setting. We provide many levels of support including 1-1 mentorship for new graduates and therapists new to working in the school based environment.

Job Requirements:
Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels
Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation
No fear of heights on a ladder or lift
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

Accurately fabricate stainless steel components from raw materials to a finished product by use of Water Jet Cutter, various finish / polishing machines and Tig welding.
Be able to interpret shop prints and transfer to a finished product.
Work to a high quality / finish standard as most components will be fabricated to a USDA Dairy standard.
Work in conjunction with other team members to successfully accomplish fabrication tasks to meet agreed schedules.
Have good math skills to calculate angles and off sets.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma (Preferred)
Ability to Tig weld proficiently
Open to in-house training
Ability to drive a forklift
Qualifications

Work Environment:
Will depend on position, Shop associates will be 90% in the shop while field associates will be 90% field.
Physical Demands:

Travel: Up to 10% some travel will be required to support tight deadline project and continuity of a project that moves from a shop to the end users facility
The expected base Pay range for this role is $21.00 - $40 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
