Overview:
The Supervisor - CFS Operations leads daily warehouse and shipping operations at our CMH facility, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and compliance across all logistics activities. Reporting to the Senior Director of U.S. Destination Services, this role drives team performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations
Supervise daily warehouse and shipping functions, including scheduling, trucking coordination, billing, and invoicing.
Ensure data accuracy, KPI achievement, and billing integrity within the CMH transportation office.
Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
Partner with floor leadership to maintain efficient workflows and compliance with company standards.
Oversee CargoWise system utilization to maximize efficiency and automation.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for warehouse staff.
Serve as the escalation point for warehousing, billing, and documentation issues.
Provide coverage during evenings or weekends as needed.
Customer Service
Process inbound/outbound shipping documents (Air Waybills, BOLs, Manifests, Customs, DG).
Act as primary contact for air & domestic shipments, ensuring accurate inventory & shipment updates.
Manage pickup and delivery appointments and coordinate with internal and external partners.
Oversee warehouse lease billing, passthroughs, inventory reporting, and FARO entries.
Support Customs compliance and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
Meet or exceed internal and external performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement
Maintain and enhance SOPs for shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Audit and release goods from CFS and ensure timely, accurate billing.
Prepare reports and support process improvement initiatives.
Train staff in safe forklift operation and serve as backup during peak times.
Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse or customer service leadership experience in freight forwarding or carrier operations.
Strong knowledge of CargoWise and U.S. Customs compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Effective communicator with proven coaching and team development skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. Occasionally.
Ability to operate forklift & other warehouse equipment safely (training/certification can be provided).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the work shift.
Ability to work in various warehouse environments, including hot, cold, or noisy areas.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
Ability to climb stairs or ladders when needed.
Ability to remain on feet for 8-10 hours per shift as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports operations by moving objects of size and weight, and installing and dismantling equipment.
Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
Place equipment on trailers for loading and off-loading.
Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety.
Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules.
Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use
Report to customers or managers on the progress of the job, the estimated time left to complete the work and evaluations of employees.
Fulfills all regular and advanced installations/construction duties, including project layout, and completes paperwork in a timely manner.
Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain-falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
Inspect rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, brings problems to the attention of the Operations Manager, Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR Representative.
Follows daily foreman procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Regularly communicates with maintenance staff about repairs and maintenance needs on major pieces of equipment on assigned job.

Hilco Vision is currently searching for a Production & Warehouse Associate to join the team! The Production & Warehouse Associate will be cross trained amongst three departments: bottling, towelettes, and distribution.
This role is on first shift; 6:30am-3:00pm, we pay weekly.
This role requires the ability to lift 40lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete repetitive motions.
A little bit about you:
Carefully adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas.
Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance.
Able to learn new processes and procedures.
Attention to detail.
Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbs.
Read, write, speak and understand English, as well as understand basic math.
1 - 3 years of related production and/or warehouse experience
What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:
Distribution:
Use scanners to read bar codes on products.
Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
Comfortable with using a ladder, comfortable with heights of 10'.
Bottling:
Load empty bottles into bottle loader and check the line as you go to ensure bottles are feeding appropriately to be filled.
Measure torque for each bottle and record readings for each order run; torque measurements will vary depending on the size of the bottle.
Inspect the product as it runs through the line from beginning to end; from where labels are put on bottles to just before the product is brought to shipping.
Pack each order into order-specific boxes to prepare for shipment.
Towelettes:
Monitor machine production for pre-moistened towelette wipes, folding boxes for each job
Visually inspect the quality of product for leaks, correct alignment, artwork, and all other defects.
Verify the weight of the finished product using the scales provided to ensure accurate volume of liquid is being applied to the wipe and the correct number of wipes are packed in the box.
Refer to order specification sheets to ensure product is properly packed, all labeling is properly applied, and all labels contain accurate information.
Assembly
Assembles kits and custom product sets by following provided specifications and layouts.
Ensures all components are correctly included and securely packed.
Works closely with printing and material handling to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Quality
Reworks or reprocesses items that do not meet defined quality standards
Digital and Thermal Printing
Responsible for the efficient and accurate printing of all required paperwork, product labels, and branded lens cloths using digital and thermal equipment.
Maintains print quality standards and verifies the legibility and correctness of all printed materials.
Ensures timely output to support downstream production and packaging processes.
Material Handling
Oversees the receipt, verification, and organization of inbound materials and supplies.
Accurately picks and prepares product components and inventory for production and distribution using a lift truck and scanning equipment.
Maintains cleanliness and order in warehouse and storage areas, while adhering to safety protocols.
Helps support the production floor by way of building boxes and removing trash from the area.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to lift 20 - 40lbs, standing for long periods of time, and moving quickly.

Incentive Plan:
Attendance- Employee must have worked 85% (148 hours) of the working days in a given month for the home department earning the incentive.
Productivity- Must have efficiency more than 85% minimum for the month.
Violations- If an employee receives a write up due to a policy violation or quality issue, they will not be eligible for the incentive for that month.
Employment- Must be a full time Hilco employee for more than 30 days. The employee must be actively employed on the date of the incentive payout to receive it.
