**Job Title: Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Helper, where you will be integral to our operations, assisting machine operators and handling small parts. You will train on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stand for the entirety of your shift, loading and unloading trays with small parts.
+ Assist in daily operations including loading, unloading, and transporting goods to and from workstations.
+ Lift up to 20 pounds as required.
+ Maintain manual dexterity and attention to detail in all tasks.
+ Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ No prior experience necessary.
+ Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
+ Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with general labor, machine tending, packing, and prepping.

**Work Environment**
Our beautiful, closed campus in Rockford, IL is well-lit, clean, and climate-controlled, featuring cutting-edge technology. Training occurs on the 1st shift from 6am-2:10pm for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to the 2nd shift from 2pm-10:10pm. The 3rd shift operates from 10pm-6:10am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Driver Helper for a company based in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and unloading stair components for installation, transporting materials to residential and commercial areas, and other general warehouse duties such as cleaning.
Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Days worked as needed, typically from 6:45am until work finished, with overtime as needed.
Driver Helper Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver and unload stair components for installation into homes and businesses.• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
• Perform other general warehouse tasks as needs such as general cleanup of workspace and facility.
Driver Helper Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in loading and unloading products from in-coming and out-going trucks.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently, upwards of 75 pounds on average.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
