Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position will directly manage up to 12 individual contributor Business Development Managers responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and facilitating the expansion of existing accounts within their local market. Key Performance Indicators: * New Business Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client revenue. * Client Retention Rate: Maintain or improve retention of top-tier clients * Sales Rep Quota Attainment: Ensure 70%+ of team members meet or exceed individual quotas. * Pipeline Health: Maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage relative to monthly revenue goals. * Client Meetings: Conduct or support a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per month. * Top Deal Engagement: Actively support top 10% of deals by value in the region. * CRM Utilization: Ensure 100% of reps log all activity and opportunities in Salesforce. * Team Development: Conduct monthly coaching sessions and quarterly performance reviews.
