Use and maintenance of powered grounds care equipment such as tractor mowers, riding mowers, push mowers, edgers, trimmers, vacuums, power washers, blowers, sprayers, spreaders and chain saws. Collection, loading, and disposing of garbage and demolition from properties. Cleanup of graffiti as instructed. Removal of snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways, spreading sand and salt. On call after normal hours for inclement weather activities. Landscaping, leaf removal, grass cutting, and other tasks related to beautification of grounds.
