Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Service Dept: Repairs and reconditions coffee equipment in the market center shop. Works with Service Technicians and Sales Dept on identifying equipment needs to ensure par levels of equipment are maintained and ready to be installed at client locations.
· Route Delivery: Establish and maintain effective and respectful relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service by having an account ownership mentality. Ensure products are loaded/unloaded in a safe manner, proper items and quantities of merchandise are delivered on their regularly scheduled day, merchandise is stocked as per client requirements, products are rotated, and all equipment are maintained and cleaned. Establish and build a working knowledge of office coffee equipment and water cooler options that Aramark offers and provides to clients, demonstrate and understanding of how to clean and maintain equipment at client location.
· Warehouse: Receives product deliveries into the warehouse using FIFO, pulls orders for route sales representatives for next day deliveries, inventory, ordering products, ship products through UPS. Maintains warehouse in a clean, organized and safe manner. Also, responsible for other cleaning responsibilities for the Market Center facility. All other duties assigned by Management.
· Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonable within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

Must have the ability to learn how to connect equipment to water sources. Basic warehousing knowledge including product rotation, ordering, and general warehousing tasks.
High School Diploma/ G.E.D required. Must have a valid driver?s license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles. Incumbent is proficient or can be trained to sell product to customers. Must have good interpersonal skills and customer service skills acquired through 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact within a route based business. Must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with the CMV policy and a valid driver's license.
