key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Removes all loose cheese from the equipment using compressed air.
2. Place non-edible cheeses into boxes labeled "Not for Human Consumption".
3. Bags electrical boxes and plugs to prepare equipment for sanitation.
4. Clean and sanitize all equipment to meet regulatory standards.
5. Tear down and set up all equipment for sanitation, also to include all packaging equipment.
6. Ability to set-up and operate all packaging and related equipment. Responsible for quality efficiencies, downtime and other tasks and jobs as required.
7. Efficiently starts up and changes over Koch line and check for leaking bags according to HACCP.
8. Continuously checks the product for proper texture, general appearance, and product contamination.
9. Monitors the size and shape of the cut ensuring that it meets requirements of desired size and type. (Medium dice, large dice, retail dice, fancy shred, institutional shred, Kirkland cut).
10. Monitors the amount of anti-caking agent added to the product consistent with departmental standard operating procedures. 11. Monitors the handling of the cellulose powder ensuring it is protected from foreign materials.
12. Maintains proper weight ranges of product when packaging. Stays within MAV.
13. Spot checks packages for errors in printing, color, registration, type setting, sharpness, clarity and print location.
14. Continuously monitor the oxygen content left in the finished product packages on an hourly basis and at start-up. Recheck after any mechanical adjustments.
15. Accurately performs and records in the metal detector log, daily schedule control log, operational log, package film report, package loss report, weight control tape, and O2 logs.

Position Overview
Execute safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the shipping department at the Sheboygan site. The operator must safely load and ship bulk outbound material into tank trucks, totes and drums, receive and transport to storage inbound material from both internal and external customers. This includes relocation of trailers around the plant using a capacity spotter. The shipper must also clean their work are and make minor repairs or adjustments.

What You'll Get To Do: Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, this is an on-site, 1st Shift, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for performing planned maintenance, installation and repairs on forklifts, utility vehicles, sweeper scrubbers, aerial lifts amongst other industrial vehicles. In this role you'll get to:
Perform preventive maintenance, testing and repair on equipment and vehicles to ensure safe and operational
Utilize basic shop equipment and various hand tools
Troubleshoot and problem solve
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High school diploma or GED
Forklift Technician Certification
Must have experience working on Crown, Hyster, Yale, as well as other power lifting equipment
Should have experience working on JLG scissor and boom lifts.

Candidates must have the ability to set-up and operate all equipment while preparing it for sanitation.

key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Removes all loose cheese from the equipment using compressed air.
2. Place non-edible cheeses into boxes labeled “Not for Human Consumption”.
3. Bags electrical boxes and plugs to prepare equipment for sanitation.
4. Clean and sanitize all equipment to meet regulatory standards.
5. Tear down and set up all equipment for sanitation, also to include all packaging equipment.
6. Ability to set-up and operate all packaging and related equipment. Responsible for quality efficiencies, downtime and other tasks and jobs as required.
7. Efficiently starts up and changes over Koch line and check for leaking bags according to HACCP.
8. Continuously checks the product for proper texture, general appearance, and product contamination.
9. Monitors the size and shape of the cut ensuring that it meets requirements of desired size and type. (Medium dice, large dice, retail dice, fancy shred, institutional shred, Kirkland cut).
10. Monitors the amount of anti-caking agent added to the product consistent with departmental standard operating procedures. 11. Monitors the handling of the cellulose powder ensuring it is protected from foreign materials.
12. Maintains proper weight ranges of product when packaging. Stays within MAV.
13. Spot checks packages for errors in printing, color, registration, type setting, sharpness, clarity and print location.
14. Continuously monitor the oxygen content left in the finished product packages on an hourly basis and at start-up. Recheck after any mechanical adjustments.
15. Accurately performs and records in the metal detector log, daily schedule control log, operational log, package film report, package loss report, weight control tape, and O2 logs.
