Responsibilities

Benefits
The expected salary for this position is $145,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Summary

Develop, implement, and coordinate international student orientations, workshops, field trips, mentorship programs, and end-of-year events. Support opportunities for FVTC staff and the local community to engage in global and multicultural learning.
Update and maintain international student records in Workday, run required reports, and ensure data accuracy for applications, enrollment, and retention metrics.
Coordinate and process departmental and program-related invoices, reimbursements, requisitions, and supply orders, and reconcile P-card transactions for assigned areas.
Coordinate contracts and manage Department of Corrections memorandums of understanding, programming agreements, and other departmental partnerships.
Manage the front desk of international student services, support regional and community advisory committees, study abroad collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain and improve the division SharePoint, related web pages, and PowerPoint resource library.
Create, run, and analyze disaggregated data reports in collaboration with division managers; prepare specialized informational reports as requested.
Schedule and support departmental meetings and events, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and develop related communications.
Assist with arrival, departure, and housing logistics for international students, including airport pickups, residence hall coordination, and supply management.
Monitor and coordinate budgets for assigned areas, correct errors, prepare annual budgets, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal records retention requirements.

Minimum QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Requirements:

ETS's S&R Ops organization is seeking talented, innovative, and energetic undergraduate student interns to help us deliver the AP Reading. By joining ETS, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and dynamic environment where your contributions are recognized from day one.
Starting in late May and extending into June, AP Readers (high school teachers and college professors) will score written student responses for Advanced Placement (AP) tests, either at one of our Reading sites or from their homes, using the ETS Online Network for Evaluation (ONE).
The AP Reading internship will begin on Monday, May 11, 2026, in Princeton, New Jersey, for initial onboarding, verification of system access, HR orientation, and travel booking. That week, interns might not work every day, might have shortened schedules, and will not work during the weekend.
Full training continues the following Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22. Again, during training, schedules may be shortened, depending on workload. After training, AP Interns will travel to their assigned Reading sites, starting as early as May 26. More information about work locations will be provided at a later date.
During the Reading, Interns will assist S&R Ops staff with operational tasks and will work seven days per week, including holidays and weekends. Workdays will be long (will extend beyond eight hours) and require significant walking, with some standing and lifting. After the Reading, Interns will return home to work remotely to help complete post-Reading tasks and participate in the AP Reading After Action Review. The internship officially ends Friday, July 10, 2026, though there may be opportunities for select interns to extend through mid- to late July.
We are looking for candidates who are:

The Lead Technician DC Power oversees and executes the installation, upgrade, and removal of DC power systems, including rectifiers, batteries, and power cabinets. This role ensures proper routing, lacing, and termination of power, grounding, and alarm cabling, and leads the build-out of supporting infrastructure to meet safety and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation & Systems
Lead the installation of DC Power systems, including rectifiers, UPS units, and battery plants, in alignment with) being performed by Telecom personnel according to customer and manufacturer specifications
Oversee and execute DC power plant upgrades and replacements across primary and secondary distribution equipment (PBD's, BDFB's, BDCBB's, inverters & converters).

Minimum QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant or related field
Two years of recent office and customer service experience.
Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; PeopleSoft preferred.
Pearson Vue, TABE, Accuplacer, and/or Bennett Mechanical certifications a plus; training provided if none.
Requires valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record check.

Work Environment
Work must be completed in person.

Sitting: This role requires extended periods of sitting while performing tasks and utilizing computer systems.

Additional Information
Starting Range: $21.88 - $25.74 per hour.

**The Role**
Lumen is seeking a results‑driven Public Sector Sales Specialist for our Contact Center Services (CCS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) portfolio to lead new revenue growth across the state, local government, and education (SLED) markets. This senior individual‑contributor role focuses on acquiring new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), expanding strategic accounts, and driving modernization through cloud‑native Contact Center platforms. As a specialized seller, you will serve as a CCS and CCaaS subject matter expert, leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic partnerships to deliver secure, compliant, high‑impact citizen‑experience solutions to public‑sector agencies.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
