Key Responsibilities: * Accompany providers throughout the entire patient medical appointment, either virtually or on-site, ensuring presence in the visit is not disruptive. * Transcribe interactions during the appointment into a high-quality, comprehensive preliminary note for physician sign-off, which can include but is not limited to: * Patient history * Review of systems * Family/social histories * Medication listings * Allergies * Physical examination findings and procedures * Pertinent imaging/lab study results * Time * Treatment/follow-up plans. * Send all preliminary documentation for physician review promptly. * Make any necessary amendments/changes to approach based on physician feedback and regularly incorporate feedback provided into future notes to yield noticeable improvements. * Develop a close working relationship with providers pairings in-depth knowledge of their preferences.
