Internal RN candidates will be considered for this position. The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. This role will work 3 days a week at our Ashby Clinic and 2 days a week at our Fergus Falls Clinic. The LPN or MA has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. You'll have the opportunity to help patients in all stages of life and make meaningful connections every day. Our department is full of positive energy, fun coworkers, and caring management. We focus on teamwork and helping each other whenever possible. Our goal is to provide quality patient care every day, and we seek knowledgeable, motivated candidates to join our team! Hours/Shifts 80 hours biweekly, Day shifts, with 3 days a week at our Ashby Clinic and 2 days a week at our Fergus Falls Clinic. Compensation If hired as an LPN, the pay range is $23.79-$31.99/hour. If hired as a Medical Assistant, the range is $22.65-$28.99/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
