    How will you have an impact in this role? The Relationship specialist will provide outstanding customer service and will ensure prompt attention to our farmer owners. You will be a part of a supportive team ensuring customers get the help they need. What will you do? Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs. Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and grow business with new customers, as applicable. Ability to complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable. Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts. Understand how to document and submit sales call information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location. Maintain inventory of office supplies. Prepare accurate/timely invoices; assure equitable calculation of products/services provided. Working knowledge of Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies Daily verification of sales invoices for accuracy Monitor agronomy sales contracts/prepay for accuracy Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Must have a valid state driver's license. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. About the Program Intensive Residential Services Home (IRSH) is a short-term, in-home rehabilitation program for adults with mental health, behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, or co-occurring conditions. The goal is to support stabilization through medication and appointment compliance, crisis planning, behavior modification, and skill-building. Each home will serve up to four adults and be staffed with two Intensive Support Professionals per shift. The home includes office space, two company vehicles, and all necessary tools to support client success. What You'll Do Support clients with medication and appointment compliance Assist with crisis planning, behavior management, and skill-building Document progress and follow Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) Work collaboratively with a team in a structured, supportive environment Promote safety, stability, and independence for each individual What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience in mental and/or behavioral health services (required) Previous DSP experience preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, database systems) Ability to lift 40+ lbs Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Access to a phone CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Completion of all required training and ongoing competency requirements Apply Today!
