    As a Project Engineer with our Telios Construction Management (TCM) team, you will deliver enhanced construction administration services, supporting all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) focused construction projects from planning to completion. This is a 24-month assignment supporting mission critical clients in Muskogee, OK. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience as a hardware design engineer Previous Electronics Technician training and experience is preferred Job experience with the military or other DoD organizations is preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Experience in analog & digital circuit design. Must be able to troubleshoot existing circuits and execute board level repairs as needed Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, time-domain reflectometers, DVM, megohmmeters, function generators, etc. Experience with analog to digital conversion requirements such as alias filtering and system noise at the bit level Experience with interpretation of FFT results and utilization of software tools in LabVIEW or MATLAB to generate engineering scaled signals Experience with Fiber Optic cable testing, splicing, and repair Rudimentary soldering skills for PCB and connector repair Rudimentary wiring skills for cable splicing and repair Experience with grounding, bonding and shielding Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW, Power Point, MS Word & Excel A self-starter able to work on tasks individually or as part of a small technical team Demonstrated ability to communicate, both orally and in writing OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or favorable adjudication of a national security background investigation.
