As a Litigation Attorney, you will receive comprehensive training in mesothelioma (asbestos - product liability) litigation if you come from a personal injury, or related practice, and swiftly assume responsibilities for case management. Tasks include conducting written discovery, depositions, motion drafting and advocacy, and trial participation as second chair. While prior trial experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. They work entails significant client interaction, engaging with families navigating through their most trying times. Qualifications
Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and be admitted to the MO bar.
Specific medical related litigation is ideal, however plaintiff PI (personal injury), or related practice work is also great as well (no defense work).
