The purpose of this job is to perform a variety of routine transportation tasks to facilitate the delivery of products, supplies and custom orders between the bakery, retail locations and special event venues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates company-owned and/or leased vehicles for the delivery, pick-up and relocation of bakery products and other supplies/materials.
Plans daily deliveries by organizing loads and routing.
Performs required before-, during-, and after-operation 'user maintenance'; provides required receipts and reports.

+ Coordinate training programs with HP staff to ensure a safe and expeditious return to training of SOF personnel recovering from injury
+ Design and implement physical training programs for personnel who are TDY/TAD or deployed under the supervision of the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator
+ Demonstrate and provide instruction and guidance on physical training, exercises, movements, and injury avoidance
+ Refer all personnel with a new or undiagnosed medical condition to a medical provider for evaluation and treatment
+ Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training protocols including the safe use of strength and conditioning equipment
+ Participate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsible for reviewing the information disseminated in meetings occurring outside of regular working hours.
+ Participate in periodic in-service training for members of the HP staff and/or POTFF staff
+ Attend required training in accordance with guiding instructions

**Key Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline
+ Current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCA)
+ At least five years of demonstrable accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport/mission-specific performance programs resulting in attributable results with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or SOF Operators in the accompanying, respective settings.
+ Current certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training

Prepare Youth for Success
Execute Club programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes, under the guidance of the Unit Director and Program Outcomes Directors
Facilitate fun and educational activities with kids, staying consistent with organizational goals and mission.
Read lesson plans, lay out materials in advance, and perform other tasks to prepare for day-to-day program activities.
Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop skills in program area(s).
Maintain control of the group. Demonstrate leadership to ensure proper conduct, safety, and
development of members. Implement discipline procedures when needed in accordance with the organization's discipline policy.
Form positive relationships with youth. Mentor, coach, and encourage them to believe in themselves and their dreams. Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate conduct at all times.
Keep members safe by following and enforcing all child safety policies and procedures in effect at your Club site.
Facility Maintenance
Ensure program areas are clean, safe, well ventilated and well-lit.

Take accurate attendance for each activity.
Turn in timesheets and other required paperwork on time
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e. Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards

May be required to drive Club van or authorized automobile periodically.
May consult with parents concerning member and Club issues
Must work with predetermined group partner and be able to work as a team player with all peers.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
High School diploma
Some experience working with children is required. Previous experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities with groups of young people is strongly preferred.
Must be able to relate to young people and control a classroom, while also making sure activities are FUN for the youth.
Teamwork skills, patience, and creativity are a must.
Must be reliable and punctual-kids will be counting on you! Must show up on time and be ready to give them your full attention.
