Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, equipment, and technology that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. * Implement instructional, linguistic, and/or modifications and accommodations per Admissions/Review/ Dismissal (ARD) committees; LPAC committees; Section 504 committees, and RtI committees for students receiving services under all district, state and federal guidelines. * Work cooperatively with special education teachers and interventionists to modify curricula as needed for struggling general education students and special education students according to guidelines established in Individual Education Plans (IEP). * Work with other members of staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to district requirements. * Diagnose the learning needs of all students and seek the assistance of building and district leadership for appropriate intervention methods, techniques and strategies. Student Growth and Development * Assess the on-going accomplishments and needs of students, maintain appropriate records, provide immediate feedback and progress reports on a regular basis per building and district guidelines.
