Job Description The Leasing Consultant is responsible for supporting the property manager in various aspects of residential property management operations and financial performance. They play a vital role in achieving business objectives, maximizing revenue, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the property manager. Responsibilities and Functions: Operations Performs property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness of all common areas and that the property is a hazard free environment.
