Qualified candidate must obtain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. **Responsibilities Include:** + Repair, replace, and maintain all locksets for all doors including all hardware, troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and report them to the supervisor. + Replace locks on all types of interior and exterior doors, hardware, locksets, and their associated components (e.g. handicap/automatic door openers, frames, doors and door thresholds). + Routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities equipment, paint and caulking, carpet installation and drywall patching. + Performing basic carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic, sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. **Basic Qualifications:** + Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and process specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary for maintaining facility assets. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with knowledge of using proper PPE.
