Meadowbrook Apartments is a 72 unit affordable multi-family property in Knoxville. A Maintenance Technician is responsible working 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. This role will be under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager, for overall maintenance of the apartment community. This position would be responsible for such items as: keeping up curb appeal of property, completing work orders, completing unit turns, assisting with special projects as needed, sharing on-call with other maintenance staff, and assisting with overall property cleaning.
