Position Description:
Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.
Qualifications
Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements:
* One (1) year experience as an occupational therapist in acute care facility preferred.
* Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters degree with certification in occupational therapy.
* Current California Occupational Therapy License OR License eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.
* If CA OT License Eligibility Letter recipient with a Limited Permit: licensing exam must be passed within (90) days from letter date.
* BLS (AHA) current certification
