Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures. What you bring 1-4 years of facilities experience (preferred). Basic skills in carpentry/painting/drywall and general repair. Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (apprentice or supervised experience welcome). Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS. Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
