Proven experience delivering social work services in mental health and healthcare settings. Strong analytical skills for assessing patient needs, designing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. Capacity to identify organizational challenges and recommend enhancements to patient care. Ability to work independently while demonstrating higher-level analytical skills for complex patient assessments and counseling. D. Licensure & Certification: Must hold a license from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners at the LCSW-C level. If licensed in another state, applicants should possess comparable qualifications and meet board requirements.
