The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outpatient settings, specifically working with neuro patients, geriatrics, and orthopedic conditions. The position requires a proactive approach to patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population including neuro, geriatric, and orthopedic patients. Assess therapy needs and implement appropriate treatment plans. Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate patient recovery and enhance mobility. Conduct patient and family education for improved rehabilitation outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Maryland Occupational Therapy License or Compact License. Minimum of 2 years of outpatient OT experience, with required neuro background.
