    Lifesteps is immediately hiring Full-Time or Part-time Child Care Assistants for the Butler Early Education center. Lifesteps is a local non-profit, human service organization which provides programs and services to help children of all abilities with their early care and early education needs. Child Care Assistants (also known as Assistant Group Supervisors or Teacher Aides) work Monday through Friday, daylight hours, in the daycare and preschool center. No Evenings, No Weekends! Job duties may include: * the care and supervision of children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years old * assisting with lesson planning and creating fun activities * supervising indoor and outdoor play time * teach children subjects like colors and letters, and basic concepts such as sharing * nurture the infants and play with the toddlers * inform parents about the child's day Make a difference in the lives of children!
