Job Purpose: - The BA Behavioral Specialist at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral assessments and interventions. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavior support plans to enhance the quality of life for individuals with behavioral challenges. The specialist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's needs. The Specialized Foster Care program (SFC) is designed to provide specialized (Matrix Program) and therapeutic (CHIPS Program) services to support adolescents, ages 8-18, to manage emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric problems in a highly supportive, individualized and flexible foster home setting.
