Assists with salads, cafeteria, and cashier. Sweeps and mops designated areas. Disposes of trash. Accurately records all assigned temperature logs. Cleans, organizes, stocks and sanitizes work area. Scrapes excess food from dishes, pots/pans and washes, rinses, sanitizes and runs dishes through the dish machine. Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned Qualifications SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to read in English to follow oral and/or written instructions. Ability to prioritize work. Must have good customer service skills.
